Immediate reports

As Kardan is listed on both the Euronext Amsterdam and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, it needs to adhere to both their rules and regulations. Under the Israeli securities laws and regulations, certain events and occasions are required to be disclosed by means of a so-called 'Immediate Report'. These rules and regulations do not always run parallel with the Dutch laws and regulations on issuing press releases. Therefore, occasions could occur which lead to publication of an Immediate Report but not to a press release in the Netherlands. In such cases, Kardan will post an English translation of the original Hebrew Immediate Report on this website; inevitably differences may occur in translation, and if so the Hebrew text will govern.
