The Executive Management consists of the Chief Executive Officer (Mr. Guy Elias) and the Chief Financial Officer (Mr. Israeli). The Executive Management is responsible for the day-to-day management of Kardan.
Mr. Elias and Mr. Israeli have been appointed because of their functional expertise and broad experience and knowledge of Kardan. In performing its duties and responsibilities, the Executive Management is guided by Kardan's and its affiliated enterprises' interests, taking into consideration the interests of all stakeholders. The Board reviews and assesses the achievements of the Executive Management at least once a year.
