Kardan is listed on both Euronext Amsterdam and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. As a result hereof, besides the Dutch laws governing Kardan as a Dutch entity, also the rules and regulations applying to companies listed on these stock exchanges apply to Kardan. Under the Israeli securities laws and regulations, certain events and occasions need to be published in a so-called ‘Immediate Report’. These rules and regulations do not run parallel with the Dutch laws and regulations on issuing press releases. Therefore, there could be occasions which lead to publication of an Immediate Report, which do not lead to issuance of a press release in the Netherlands. As a service to our investors, and if we reasonably feel that it could be of interest to our investors, Kardan will in such cases publish an English translation of the original Hebrew Immediate Report on this website. In these translations an attempt has been made to be as literal as possible without jeopardizing the overall continuity. Inevitably differences may occur in the translation, and if so the Hebrew text will govern.
